The Black Entertainment Economic Council (BEEC) is a dynamic Non-Profit organization committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the entertainment industry. One of the primary goals of BEEC is to expand its network of professionals and businesses who share its values and are committed to making positive change. 

To achieve this, the BEEC has developed a range of initiatives that include member recruitment, industry education, training programs, networking events, and advocacy campaigns.

Mission Statement: Our mission is to increase representation and opportunities for Black professionals and businesses in the Film, Television, Gaming and Digital Production industries, both in front of and behind the camera.

Vision Statement: Our vision is to provide underrepresented communities in the entertainment industry the resources, advocacy, and education to grow in their creative fields, and thrive within our community. 

Adiclere Evans is an accomplished entrepreneur, video producer, live event producer, and business leader with over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. She is a Co-Founder of The Funnel Creative, a video production company that has been recognized with several awards for outstanding creativity and innovation in its commercial production. 

 

Additionally, she is the Founder of Rev Engine, a Creative Agency that is a certified minority-owned and woman-owned business, specializing in branding, consulting, strategy, marketing, and design for brands, showcasing the full range of talents of Black creatives in advertising. 

 

Adiclere is widely known for her dedication to creating, building, and launching initiatives and companies that support the growth of the Black community in the film, TV production, entertainment and advertising sectors. In 2021 she established The Black Entertainment Economic Council (BEEC) out of Atlanta, Georgia, a dynamic 501c3 non-profit organization committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the entertainment industry. Its mission is to increase representation and opportunities for Black professionals and businesses in the Film, Television, Gaming and Digital Production industries, both in front of and behind the camera.

 


Anthony R. Page is a working creative professional who has been involved in more than 300 productions across his career. Although he has spent many years working and learning every part of the production process from photography and graphic design to building sets and doing some freelance journalism, most of his time is spent working as a producer, director, actor, and writer - operating under the moniker Blue Bistro Creative. 

 

One of his recent films, Remembering Momma was nominated for a HAPAAward in Los Angeles, and wrapped up a 2022 festival tour with several other accolades including a JURY AWARD for BEST SHORT FILM at the International Black and Diversity Film Festival (Toronto); was nominated as BEST SHORT FILM at the Summer in The South Film Festival (Atlanta) and a JARO Finalist at the Peachtree Village International Film Festival (Atlanta). 

 

Other current projects include Men in My Bed – based on a book of the same name. This featurette has been recognized with a BEST DIRECTOR AWARD by the International Black & Diversity Film Festival and will continue a festival tour throughout 2023.
